Ten Point Computer Check-Up Service
Computer Engineers at TR Technology Solutions can provide a ten point computer check-up service for customers interested in leaving their computers overnight at our Service Department. In addition to the regular maintenance activities noted in the Extend the Life of Your Computer Section, TRTS recommends an annual system servicing which consists of the following activities:
- Assessment
- What components and software do you have in your computer? Are they working properly? Are they sufficient to support your needs and requirements?
- Cleaning
- Dust, dirt, pet dander and cigarette ash can seriously erode your computer’s performance and lead to damaged parts. TRTS professionals have special tools to clean the inside of your computer and its components. Have a pet? If so, professional system cleaning should be a regular priority.
- Servicing
- TRTS Computer Engineers will run a series of diagnostic routines and software programs to evaluate your computer’s operating capabilities and security profile. TRTS Computer Engineers will address problems and perform activities to improve your system’s ability to operate at its peak performance.
The TRTS Ten Point Computer Check Up Service fee is $49.95 plus tax per system. All servicing must be conducted at our Service Department located in the TR Associates building located in Archbald PA (Directions). Typically we advise customers that the computer check-up will require at least twenty-four hours in order to complete all of our diagnostic and maintenance activities. TRTS network engineers will contact customers to advise them of our diagnostic findings prior to the completion of our servicing phase of our program.
