EDUCATION

The TRTS education segment is one of largest in our portfolio and we count five Colleges and Universities and ten school districts and private institutions among our most active clients. The success of our education niche is directly attributable to our years of experience understanding the unique product and support requirements of educational institutions. TRTS is also a state PEPPM partner.

SMALL BUSINESS

Small businesses and professional offices are the economic engine of our region and a key segment of the TRTS portfolio. In addition to computer hardware needs, small businesses often have Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) support requirements. Small businesses have the same information access, management, and storage needs of a larger organization but often do not have the same availability of technical resources to support their daily operations. TRTS network engineers stand ready to provide your small business with on-demand site support as well as services such as remote dial-in capabilities, preventative maintenance plans for servers, and remote monitoring services to identify and correct problems before they become an issue. TRTS also offers related services for customers including webhosting, offsite storage of critical data, and network monitoring tools.

CONSUMER

TRTS staff know computer hardware – we’ve been working with our machines, and our competitors’, for over twenty years and that’s an advantage when you have a problem. It’s also an advantage to know that rather than trying to figure something out on the phone, you can drop off your machine with a friendly face and pick it up again after it's been fixed.

TRTS also offers a special ten-point computer check up that we recommend once a year to ensure your computer is operating to its peak potential. And whether you are concerned about the risks of identity theft, or just a friend of the environment, TRTS also offers a computer disposal service with certification available in accordance with the Department of Defense standard for data destruction to have your computer go away the right way.
